Each Dakota Deller jewel is prepared and delivered with the utmost care and discretion.

Processing & Dispatch

Ready-to-ship jewels are dispatched within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. Bespoke and custom-sized commissions are completed within the agreed timeframe and released for delivery following final approval.

Shipment confirmation and tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

International Shipping

All orders are sent via secure, fully insured international DHL Express courier. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and you will be advised accordingly.

Private Delivery

For select commissions and high-value pieces, we offer a private international delivery service, arranged by request. This service is designed for clients who value discretion, personal handling, and a refined delivery experience. Availability and details are confirmed privately upon inquiry.

International Clients

United States
Orders shipped to the United States are fully insured and trackable. Delivery timelines are efficient. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. For select high-value orders, private delivery may be arranged upon request.

European Union
Shipments to the European Union are dispatched with full documentation to facilitate customs clearance. VAT and import duties may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. 

Middle East
For clients in the Middle East, we offer tailored delivery arrangements, including private delivery for select orders. Given regional customs procedures, timelines may vary. We recommend contacting us directly to ensure the most seamless delivery experience.

Australia & New Zealand

Orders within Australia and New Zealand are shipped via secure, insured courier. Delivery timeframes are typically shorter for domestic and regional shipments. For select high-value orders, private delivery may be arranged upon request.

Duties & Taxes

International duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
